Custom-made jewelry basically starts from NT$10,000, but the final price will be determined according to your specific products.

About the custom jewelry process:

1.Provide us with the concept or schematic you want to make.

2.Let us know the approximate size you would like to make

3.Choose the material and stone:
  • Material options: Brass/925 Sterling Silver/10K (White) Gold/14K (White) Gold/18K (White,Rose) Gold
  • Stone options: CZ Stone/Moissanite/SI Diamond/VS Diamond/VVS Diamond

4.We'll let you know an approximate range of prices.
  • If there is a budget limit, it is recommended to tell us your budget first, and we will provide you with the best choice within your budget.

5.we will charge you a design drawing fee of NT$1,500-3,000 and draw the design drawing for your confirmation.
  • The design fee will be deducted from the order, so it serves as a deposit.
  • Deposits are non-refundable once you start drawing or start making jewelry!

6.After confirming the design drawing, we will quote you the exact amount.

7.Once the production is confirmed, we will charge a 50% deposit.

8.Production time is about 4-8 weeks.

9.After the product is completed, the balance will be charged and your product will be delivered.

Notice for custom jewelry:

1.Once the custom jewelry deposit and design fee start to be produced, it will not be canceled or refunded.

2.There are NO returns/exchanges on customized jewelry.
  • All Customized Jewelry is guaranteed under our 30-Day Quality Guarantee. This policy entitles you to a free, one-time repair of your piece in the event that you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage due to manufacturing defects. This guarantee will be voided immediately in the event that user damage is detected (ie: water damage, accidental breakage, missing stones, etc.).
  • Once the 30-day guarantee has expired, 100-2000NTD Repair Fee will be charged for all future repairable product issues.
